Butchers blues is favourite song so based my vote on that ,as it was either Kasabian or velociraptor

Tough decision between ST and WRPLA.
But I still remember the drive home from the shops, having bought Kasabian and stuck it in the car's CD player. I'd bought the album on the strength of hearing (and seeing) LSF on MTV. But when Club Foot kicked off I'm sure I nearly crashed the fucking car.
So "Kasabian" is still my fave, and I'd quite like to hear a return to the heaviness and darkness of the early days on the next album.

My favorite will ALWAYS be Kasabian....the fond memories I have of listening to it will just never be topped. I think the new album is definitely runner up though. Here's how I'd rank them from best to worst:
Kasabian
Velociraptor
WRPLA
Empire

My favourite album is Kasabian. There are so many great songs on that album. I recently on Spotify made a playlist of my top ten favourite Kasabian songs and it was mainly filled by songs from debut.

The previous 3 albums all had different sounding music but it was all great. I'd say Velociraptor, because it was like a mixture of each of their older albums.

I voted for Empire. I know it's not seen as their best work by a lot of people, but the first song I ever heard of Kasabian's was Empire when it was first released and my love obsession grew from there. There is just something about the Empire album that gives me tingles every time I listen to it.
Having said that though, it's so difficult to choose a favourite album because they're all quite different from each other. If I could choose each album, I would ;D

Lately when I get in the mood to listen to them I immediately go for Velociraptor. There is a good chance that its because of its relative newness...but somehow I get the feeling it could actually be taking over the debut as my favorite.

probably not the most popular opinion, but there are only a few tracks on WRPLA that i can listen to again and again (though admittedly those songs are some of my favourite). Kasabian is a masterpiece, I became a fan of Kasabian after seeing them @ O2 arena and Clubfoot, I.D and L.S.F are the songs that stuck with me, despite never having heard them before (I was a stupid person back then)

I voted Empire, probably cause i'ven been listening to it quiet a lot lately, but then also i've been listening to all of their albums a lot :-p
Actually i don't even have a favourite album, each one of them gives me goosebumps and happiness, Empire was the first album i bought and even after listening to it for a zillion times, it still takes me to another world
