Empire & Shoot The Runner lyrics

Hi, sorry to go over what I'm sure was old ground on the old forum.

Does anyone have a link to reputable lyrics for the above tracks? The usual sites, Sing365, Metrolyrics, LyricsMania etc etc have got, what even I can tell, are blatant errors in their versions.

Even better, did the band ever print the lyrics on anything (Japanese version, Limited Editions)?

I consistently struggle to remember the lyrics to large portions of these two tracks, and it pisses me off cos I like to sing along at the gigs ;D

If there's no official listing then people's best guesses will do. I appreciate there may be some disagreement, and I don't think any of us are expecting them to make much sense anyway!

The official Kasabian website has the lyrics to most songs LINK

But sometimes I also use LyricWiki which I find can be pretty accurate, moreso than Sing365 etc.

It seems as though a lot of people mis-interpret the lyrics to Empire & Shoot the Runner. Even the official website doesn't have the lyrics for the second line of Empire.. lol
