Considering you said it was a cheap camera they are really good pics .I have a Panasonic tz7 and some times it does my head in .As with barrier space I can't believe the distance they have over here maybe there's so many idiots over here that they do it for safety as on I think Noel Gallagher had a flare thrown onto the stage with him at a festival over here

It might have something to do with that, i can't believe someone would throw stuff like that onto the stage! But.... at some other festivals here in the Netherlands (such as Pinkpop) there's also quiet some distance between the barrier and the stage. Btw, the reason my pictures turned out not so bad, was because my sister made them for me, trust me, if i would have made the pictures it would have been all blurry pics, my sister has a real steady hand ;-)

The barriers are a lot closer to the stage here in Australia too. What completely baffles me is how people manage to get flares into festivals in the UK? And I'd be so pissed off if someone set off a flare and I was standing near them! lol

i'd freak out too if someone near me had a flare, i always thought they were allowed in the UK, because you see it all the time, but it's not?
