What does everyone make of Noel Gallagher's new solo project. I love all three songs released so far. AKA...What a Life is my fave at the moment.

AKA... What A Life! is also my favourite. IIHAG is also a good track. There's meant to be a concept running through the album so I'm really looking forward to it  |

I listened to it around 25 times in 3 hours i think lol

I can see If I Had A Gun becoming one of those huge sing along anthems in the way Wonderwall and Don't Look Back In Anger are.

And aka what a ... Is being released on the same day as Day is forgotten so who's going to chart higher ,in this chart climate I'd be surprised if kasabian are in the top 10 .

AKA What A Life... - 7/10
Cannot wait for the album! There's a new B-side out tomorrow as well, called Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me. Not a fan of the title, hopefully the song itself is better

Theres a new tune on amazon called Alone on The Rope. It's not on the album or a b-side...just kind of there. Good tune nonetheless just a shame it won't get the attention it deserves.

I really cant wait for this to be released next week just as excited as velociraptor.IVE only just managed to catch up with the extra tracks being released and my best one so far is Let the lord .... possibly my favourite song of the year so far.Cant wait til i see him at hammersmith later this month ;D

My fav new Noel song is Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me! Love the vibe of that one! Can't wait till monday, when we'll hear the whole album!  For now, this will do: Everybody's On The Run sounds really really epic! |

Anyone listened to the album yet? Solid 9/10 for me. (Stranded On) The Wrong Beach is a personal fave.

Yes heard it the day it leaked.I was quite surprised by it I suppose I was expecting to hear a couple of anthems but not at all disappointed it's good to hear Noel again and by listening to the album the concerts are going to be more mellow until he does the oasis songs.My fave song so far is Everybody on the run but that will probably change .So can't wait til it's physically released even though it's now being officially streamed.Will it get to no 1 or will x factor Matt Cardle I do hope it's Noel but with today current music climate who knows ?

I bought the current album last Friday and I'm really enjoying it, but I would much rather have the Amorphous Androgynous album in my hands! There's clips from the 2nd album in the music videos also in case you don't know. There's clips of The Death Of You And Me in the AKA... What A Life! video and clips of If I Had A Gun at the end of its own video. They are clips of versions done with the Amorphous Androgynous. 3 or 4 songs from the current album also appear in the next album in very different forms! |
