So it's definitely happening this time for real.
So is anyone on here excited about this, what are your thoughts.
Are they a band you loved in the past and want to keep it that way, or did you miss out the first time around and would love to go seem them live this time around.
Me personally, love their music, but never seen them live (although i've seen Ian Brown plenty on his own). I'll definitely be trying for tickets, i'm just hoping when the venues get announced this afternoon that their good ones.

Massively underwhelmed with Ian Brown a couple of years ago at Benicassim. I know he's not renowned for having a good voice, but Jesus H, it was painful listening to him.
The Roses have some massive tunes, but I'm not enthralled with battling for tickets for venues like Heaton Park.
Hopefully they'll add Beni 2012 to their 'World Tour'.

Stone roses are one of the bands on my list to see ,but after hearing bout the infamous reading festi I looked it up ,er I think that has made me decided to give Heaton park a miss .It would cost too much money ,travel ,hotel etc .Hopefully they might do wembley or mk bowl a bit closer to home.Good luck to everyone trying to get tickets.

I'm hoping I get to see them somewhere along the line. I don't know about this talk about maybe another album though....I would rather if they left that legacy alone!

Read somewhere that tickets for Heaton Park are gonna be £55 plus fees, and that they are due to rake in £8.25m in ticket sales for these 2 dates alone I know it costs a lot to put a show on, but crikey. I'm hoping that they'll be doing festivals and I can catch them there.

Was a bit too expensive for me with the travel and hotels and such so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for T in The Park.

I'm still recovering from their car crash of a gig at Reading in 1996. Really, really bad! I'm made up they've reformed but at the same time the cynic in me wonders if they've done it just for the money?
