Sure I read somewhere that following the success of the spring tour they were planning on going back this autumn. Anyway, seems like that might be true as they've been announced to play at a South American festival on 18th October.

Yeah they've been saying it in interviews a lot lately. Chris was telling people after shows that they'll be back in the US in Autumn. I figured that the Argentina show will be before/during/after the US tour. I wish they'd come back to Australia!!  |

Yeah there was an interview in which he said he "had a meltdown" but it was a pretty intense tour and his missus was at home pregnant and read to pop, so it's kinda understandable. I wonder if they'll play as many dates in the US as they did earlier this year though or whether it will be just the major cities?

Yeah good point, I just hope they take it easy over there its a stressful place to tour and hopefully your right and its just major cities. They deserve to crack the US

"Our trip to South America was set to be an incredible tour – the tour where we brought the seventh level! Since we came to Mexico in March and met so many amazing fans, we had been vowing to go back.
As the rest of the band headed out for the first date in Chile, I was in such a bad way that the Dr confirmed I wasn’t well enough to fly, let alone to perform a couple of days later. It has taken me until now to recover and I'm really devastated that my illness had the impact it did on the tour.
South America, we love you and our promoters and management tried very hard to reschedule to tour immediately, but the venues and timeframe haven’t worked this time. As I said in an interview a few weeks ago, this tour was only ever meant to be the start of our South American story, we expect to be visiting you a lot in the future.
Thank you so much for all the messages of support you have left on Kasabianlive.com. They really mean a lot.
