"Kasabian will wind up to their double Reading and Leeds headline slots this August with a very special London show. The band will rock the O2 Academy Brixton on Monday August 20. Venue O2 & fanclub pre-sale tickets are available Wednesday 18th July. Tickets go on general sale Friday July 20th from www.livenation.co.uk/artist/kasabian-tickets This is a paperless ticket event - the credit card you purchase the tickets with will need to be present when you enter the venue. This system ensures tickets are bought by real fans only at the real price."

O2 presale went in Under 5 mins .Kasabian presale was gone yesterday evening but today you have live nation presale.Cause I can't be bothered with the standing I just go straight to seating so I guess thats why I was lucky.Glad you had a great time at Bennicasim .How were the stone roses if they were headlining?

O2 presale went in Under 5 mins .Kasabian presale was gone yesterday evening but today you have live nation presale.... Looks like Live Nation has gone as well Just my luck, I wait nearly 2 months for the tickets to go on sale, and the pre-sales occur on the day I'm in transit. Looks like it's the general sale lottery on Friday.... ...Glad you had a great time at Bennicasim .How were the stone roses if they were headlining? The Roses were class, although I still can't abide Ian Brown's live vocals! Mani, Reni & Squire did the business though. Very tight. Noel G was also in top form. Chase & Status blew me away as usual, and I was very impressed with Maccabees, Vaccines & Ed Sheeran.

Ha ha as everyone says Ian brown can't sing live.Maybe that's why they won't allow any festival stuff being shown, for being slated. But its just the atmosphere for them really .Would loved to have seen them in Manc but all the hotels were gone. With tomorrow I tend to use the smaller ticket agencies as everyone just bombards TM and entering that security thing does my head in.Or try the venue site .Im sure you'll be lucky but I know you said there would be 3 of you ,it's 2 tickets only and it's paperless .Good luck.👍

By the way poor excuse for not going to Manchester, there was loads of hotel space, we stopped in Rochdale (15 minute taxi ride each way to the park), and there were loads of rooms left and that was just 1 hotel ) Oh and the reason they're not showing any footage on TV is that there's a plan to release an official DVD/Blu Ray etc later in the year of the live gigs etc, it's not unusual for bands to do this.

Does anyone know if the 21st is still happening? I doubt I can make Monday but I have a tiny chance if there is indeed a Tuesday date on the horizon. Anxious - waiting for announcements is torture!

Saw him solo at Beni 2 years ago. Awful. With the Roses this year, I thought his vocal was so quiet you could hardly make him out. What I did hear sounded par for the course. But I realise he's no Pavarotti, and on the studio stuff he hardly belts out a vocal so you could say it was more in keeping with the Roses sound. Horses for courses I guess... I can't stand him. But hearing the other 3 jam on Fools Gold for 10 mins was cool, although any longer and it was gonna get tedious Not as tedious as Bob Dylan though. Christ, that was a painful 1.5hrs. Legend or not, he needs to sack it in now (IMO). Anyway, back on topic, YES! Tue 21st gig with pre-sale please!!!!

You've really made my day ,hearing bout the hotels .I went on the booking rooms etc and it said no space.I must admit I should of done more homework but was edging on them doing something done here maybe a wembley stadium but no.I saw bits on you tube and you going on the Saturday would of been my ideal day with BE.Theyre going to make a mint out of the DVD then especially all those people like myself with lame excuses.
