For me it was fantastic .it was near enough the same set list in the same order no really old ones only ID and of course CF.They left out le fee verte and G kiss which wouldn't of really fitted in with the gig.Thankfully empire was in and praise you was excellent .I was upstairs in seating but not seated of course and what I could see downstairs it was mental .The whole place was going for it and upstairs the floor was bouncing and I mean the floor .My daughter moaned she couldn't take good pictures as the camera was shaking due to The Movement. It was one of the best I've attended and they said it was streaming to the netherlands. As the crowds were streaming out of the venue the crowd were still going along to fire ,with LSF being the norm.My ears still are buzzing a bit.Hopefully with Reading its going to be mixed up so roll on Saturday for the big one. For Ginner how did the Londoners do?.And hope the journey was worth it😄

Sounds like it was great angkaz!! The first time I saw Kasabian I was upstairs and it was the same with the floor bouncing! It was amazing! It was also streamed to Mexico, and I'm still hoping someone recorded it and will upload it because I was at work when it was on so couldn't watch it. Damn time zones! haha Oh you're going to Reading as well! That's awesome!! Can't wait to hear how that goes!

Just got back. Aching all over, ears ringing, but still buzzing. Great gig, fantastic night! So all the travel worked out ok (am sure you're dying to know ). No worries getting there on time - thanks angkaz for the advice!. Had a cheeky couple in The Beehive, just cos it was on the way from the Tube stop. The venue is very reminiscent of Manchester O2. An old theatre/cinema with back to front sloping floor. Only difference is Brixton have got rid of the anchor points for the chairs so it's easier to keep your footing when bouncing around, and the crush barriers are a great addition. I thought Kav were OK. Loved Band Of Skulls. The boys were magnificent. I thought Tom was on top form. In fact I commented to my mate on the train on the way home that I didn't recall really looking at the others too much. Tom was truely captivating last night. Loved the setlist (although no surprise return of JATM which would have been nice). I agree with angkaz, it fitted the gig. The crowd... hmmm. They took a while to get going! I thought it would be very hardcore and lad dominated, but looking around before hand there were a lot of ladies and couples, which is all good, but maybe explains why me and my pal were the only ones jumping around to Days. It warmed up after a couple of songs, and it was great fun as usual, but it was far from the raucous crowd I was expecting for a one off gig. Having said that, it made for a pleasant experience to not have to fight for survival throughout the whole gig. However I would say that the northern crowds (Leeds, Manchester and definitely Sheffield) are far more rowdy, if that's your thing! We popped in the Plan B bar afterwards for the 'after gig' party. Had a great time up until we remembered we had to catch the last tube back! All in all a top night out.

Good to hear you had a good night and bummer you felt us down here aren't up for it so much as up there .I was expecting it to be more jumping around where I was also.During empire and switchblade around where I was there was only a few jumping but looking around to the left of the balcony more were going for it .And one girl near me was squealing or should I say screaming when days came on but everyone's different and you could tell the regular fans. But thankfully there was no talking or couples who should get a room that does my head in.I totally agree Tom was on top form but what was it was the chimp impersonation he kept doing??.We all know he does these strange things but god knows what was going on ,love him all the same though😍.Whats that Plan B like ?Never been in it before ?But not sure it's a place I would go in anyway. It will be interesting to see what set they do at Marley park to maybe give us a hint for Reading as they gave nothing away last night

Amazing last night, and I dont know exactly why Tom kept doing monkey impressions, but it looked like someone in the crowd was really pissing him off. I couldnt tell exactly what he was saying, but it looked like "fuck you, fuck off, this is my band'. Then he got off the stage and stood on one of the steps next to the barrier and started having a go at someone (i think, cos I was near the other end of the barrier). After that he was suddenly a lot happier!

Oh right, maybe someone else could tell us .I remember at one point towards the end he was crouching down at the front on Chris's side and thought it was a bit strange .

I only got circle tickets way up but the Germans always find a way to cheat someone to get where they want ;-)
