That's great news all the stress is over , good luck telling whoever. And sorting your accommodation out .Should be easier with just the 2 of you. This morning my friend got tickets and I had 3 pages up as well as hers and she got them no probs as well but my stomach was going over like I was trying for myself .Ive been waiting for a Brixton one for years as missed previous ones so if it's like Sheffield academy the roofs coming off.Cant wait 😄😄😄😄😄😄

I missed that home gig. Had to do Leeds & Manchester. But Sheffield O2, June 2009 was unreal. Such a hot night. Must have been 90+ deg in the venue. Never sweated so much. The whole place was bouncing. And then singing the LSF chant in the street for 10 mins afterward... class. Hope you Londoners can match it Guess we'll find out!

To tell you the truth I haven't got a clue what Brixton will be like.Ive only done the war child gig and that was manic .Brixton security are like the gestapo .If they see you filming you get told to stop , you can only stand in certain places upstairs .When I saw then at the nme I felt like a kid getting told to sit down a few times. And not like I have anything to hide they give you a good search outside something that I was shocked they didn't do up north. So far to date Sheffield academy has been the best for me even though being surrounded by you northerners you were a friendly bunch.Normally you get the lsf chants in the stations and on the tube.So we will just have to wait and see.😏

You are allowed to film in Brixton at normal gigs - I think they didn't allow because it was NMEs - although i could take lots of pics at this last NMEs. It usually has a great atmosphere as it attracts the most hardcore fans but can get rough.

Glad I'm upstairs then I'm getting to old for all the pushing and shoving .I only do standing now if I really have to .Sounds like its going to be a good one then.

Getting excited!!!! ;D
This ticketless entry sounds a right faff. If the doors are at 19:00, what time are people planning to get in the queue for?
Could do with a heads up cos us 2 northern monkeys are gonna have to negotiate the Tube to Brixton from Victoria, probably the worse for wear.....

The Victoria line can be a pain .It gets so crowded they put in crowd control .Your only bout 10 mins on tube but as its rush hour play it safe.We are getting there for about 615 but I'm upstairs so if your standing it depends if you want barrier. And because of the entry system it's a pain boys one queue girls another and searches etc.i would say allow yourself 30 mins tube because of the rush hour maybe 45 mins then you can have a drink in Brixton if your too early. But your journey is a doddle even if you are drunk as Brixton is end of line.I hope they do JATM and RIT .Watching TITP this morning and getting excited .Hope everyone has a blinder of a time

Also as you haven't probably got an oyster card I would def say 45 mins to give you time to sort out your tube ticket.😄
